How Yesterglow uses your Google data
It never leaves your hands.
With your permission, Yesterglow connects to your Gmail or Outlook using read-only access — Google's gmail.readonly scope — for one purpose: to find your own photos, voicemails, and attachments and download them straight to your iPhone.
Everything after that — sorting, search, the people pages, the Glow Reel — is computed on your device. Yesterglow never sends, changes, or deletes your mail, never uploads your data to us or anyone else, and never uses it for advertising or to train models. There's no account and no server, because we hold none of it.
Yesterglow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
